Like a Moth to a Flame - Visual Novel by Me

Out of all my personal projects, this is the one that's closest to completion. I've always wanted to write a visual novel of my own. And after a lot of work and collaborating with an array of different people, that dream is closest than ever to completion.

The story and dialogue are inspired by VNs such as We Know the Devil and Heaven WIll be Mine, so the style of writing is very western and somewhat odd.

A small excerpt:

"The last day of summer rolls by like a wounded animal baring its fangs. It's been a long summer. A good one. The kind that punches spring in the face during its first day and makes it known to the other seasons who’s calling the shots from now on. 

Even now, as it reaches its end, it fights back.

The past few weeks have been slowly tearing it apart, degree by degree. Like a butcher dismembering a chicken. And yet, somehow, it manages to deliver one final blow before it dies. It goes all out, scorching the streets and tangling itself with the sudden spike of humidity, making it almost impossible to breathe.

The last day of summer approaches its end, and it bursts like the flame of a candle before it goes out."
